Postnatal physical therapy
The muscles of the pelvic floor are often forgotten after delivery.
Our advice to our patients is to start sessions 4 to 6 weeks after delivery.
The aim of postnatal physical therapy is:
  • To reinforce muscles of the abdomen and pelvic floor in an optimal and responsible way
  • To get in a better shape
  • To correct posture
Babies are always welcome!
