I finished my medicine studies at the VUB, Brussels and my surgery training in 2010 at the MUMC, Maastricht, Netherlands. In February 2022, I finished my PhD at the University of Antwerp. The subject of my thesis was: “Surgical innovations in the treatment of pudendal an cluneal nerve entrapment syndrome”.
At the moment I am working in the abdominal surgery department and the pelvic floor clinic at the CHU Brugmann hospital, Horta, Brussels.
You can take an appointment if you require a surgical treatment of proctologic problems (such as hemorrhoids, anal fissure, fistula,..), hernia treatment (umbilical hernia, inguinal hernia,…), gallbladder stones, benign stomach or bowel problems (diverticulosis, hiatal hernia,..), and for pelvi-perineal problems such as chronic perineal pain syndrome, anal incontinence, anal prolapse, fistula etc.
