Since November 2024, I’ve had the pleasure of joining the team at Mirha as a gynaecologist. My decision to pursue gynaecology was a deliberate and heartfelt one: I find it truly meaningful to support women through both the joyful and challenging moments of their lives. From the beginning of puberty, through the desire to conceive and build a family, to menopause and everything in between – it is a privilege to be present during these defining life stages.

For me, taking the time to genuinely listen is at the heart of the care I want to provide. Building a relationship of trust, creating space for questions and concerns, and finding the best care pathway together – that’s what brings me fulfilment. I strongly believe in personalised, patient-centred care that respects both the physical and emotional aspects of a woman’s health.

I earned my medical degree cum laude from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), and gained broad clinical experience in various hospitals across Belgium. I completed my specialisation in gynaecology at UMC Sint-Pieter, GZA Sint-Augustinus and UZ Brussel.

During my training, I developed a particular interest in urogynaecology and benign gynaecology – areas in which I am currently further specialising through advanced training and a fellowship at CHU Liège.

I also work at CHIREC Delta Hospital in Auderghem, where I perform medical procedures and assist with deliveries. Together with the multidisciplinary team at Mirha, my goal is to offer every woman warm, accessible and expert care, with full attention to her unique story and needs.
