Dr Sarah Kassar

I am an obstetrician-gynaecologist trained at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and I completed all of my hospital and university training within the ULB network: CHU de Charleroi, CHU Saint-Pierre, Erasme Hospital and the Jules Bordet Institute. This training allowed me to develop a broad practice in general obstetrics and gynaecology, including pregnancy care, gynaecological surgery and breast care, with a particular interest in menopause medicine and colposcopy.

I am joining the Mirha team in November 2026, with the aim of offering personalised gynaecological care at every stage of life, from adolescence to menopause, through an approach built on continuity of care and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Listening and building a relationship of trust matter a great deal to me. Every patient arrives with her own story, her expectations and sometimes her worries. I want the consultation to be a place where she feels heard, well informed and fully involved in the decisions that concern her health. My aim is to provide care that is thorough, reassuring and tailored to each woman.

Because medicine and our practices are constantly evolving, I regularly attend national and international training courses, lectures and conferences to keep my knowledge up to date and to offer my patients care based on the most recent medical evidence. From November 2026, I am also pursuing further training in colposcopy and cervical and vulvar pathology, in keeping with my interest in this field.

Joining Mirha's multidisciplinary team fully matches my vision of gynaecology: accessible, humane and personalised medicine that considers each woman as a whole and supports her through the different stages of her life.
