Biography

As a physiotherapist with a passion for the human body and movement, I want to guide my patients with more than just classical mobilisation or muscle strengthening techniques.

After 2 years of additional training, I obtained my specialisation diploma in perinology. I continued my training with various courses in the field of birth and urogynaecology. A few years later, I also continued my training in sexology.

Women and (future) mothers are at the centre of my interest. I guide them with specific and personalised rehabilitation techniques. As a mother of a baby son, I am aware of the important physiological changes that occur during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum period.
