There are some moments in life when you don’t know which path to take, something is haunting you, you can’t let go or you’re simply lost. Do you feel the need to talk about this with someone? If this is happening to you, our psychologist can help by listening to you without judging our having prejudices. Her role is to help you sorting everything out concerning your thoughts and emotions. She will ask you questions and formulate hypotheses in order for you to self-reflect. Together, we will search for answers and find new perspectives and keys to understand what is happening. Don’t expect to get clear answers on concrete questions though. It is important to create a mutual bond of trust during psychotherapy. The psychologist will help you at your own pace, you decide what to talk about and when.
